TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Welcome to Lido degli Artisti Beach Club - Amalfi - Use of our facilities and access to our premises are subject to the following terms and conditions. By confirming a booking or entering our facilities, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety, including the provisions outlined in the specific sections below,
- Packages offered must be accepted in their entirety. Changes or substitutions to the products included in the packages are not permitted (e.g. substitution of a bottle for other types of alcohol, such as cocktails).
- No refunds will be made if the customer does not use or consume all the products included in the selected experience package.
- Any extras or additional services must be paid for directly on site.
- Reservations will only be valid after receiving the final confirmation e-mail.
BOOKING RULES
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
A non-refundable booking cannot be refunded under any circumstances. It allows a maximum of 1 date change, subject to availability. Rescheduling is allowed up to 8 days from the date of arrival, to request a free date change you must send an email to aloha@lidodegliartisti.it. In the case of a new date with a higher rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the case of a lower rate it is permitted to spend the credit to purchase extra services at the hotel. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
EXTRAORDINARY WEATHER POLICY:
Lido degli Artisti remains operational in the event of adverse weather conditions that do not pose a safety risk to guests and staff (e.g. rain, wind, rough seas).
- In such circumstances, however, the free shuttle service (shuttle) may be suspended without notice at the sole discretion of the Lido degli Artisti Beach Club, while the beach will remain open and accessible by land.
- Access by land is the sole responsibility of the guest. Suspension of the shuttle service does not entitle guests to reimbursement, compensation or credit.
FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE - FREE CLAUSE
The shuttle service provided by Lido degli Artisti is free of charge, incidental and does not form part of the services purchased with the booking.
- Suspension of the shuttle service does not entitle you to reimbursement, compensation or credit.
- The shuttle service provided by Lido degli Artisti is free of charge, incidental and not part of the services purchased with the booking.
- The suspension or unavailability of the shuttle service does not alter the main contract and does not entitle to a full or partial refund of the booking.
- The reservation only concerns the services offered on site at the Beach Club.
- Suspension of the shuttle service is at the Management's discretion for safety or operational reasons and cannot be contested.
CLOSURE OF THE BEACH CLUB DUE TO UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS:
The Beach Club will remain closed in the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g. hurricanes, floods, severe storms, tornadoes, etc.).
- The decision to close the Beach Club is taken by the Management following official notification by the competent authorities.
- Closure does not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle guests to monetary reimbursement or replacement services, except as provided for in the following paragraph.
- Guests will be promptly informed via the official communication channels (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp) provided at the time of booking.
HANDLING OF BOOKINGS IN THE EVENT OF CLOSURE
In the event of closure of the Beach Club due to hazardous weather conditions:
- Guests can reschedule their booking, subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible due to unavailability or guest constraints, the amount paid will be refunded.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of extraordinary or unforeseeable events that prevent the operation of the Beach Club (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, war, health emergencies):
- Lido degli Artisti may offer to reschedule the booking or convert the amount paid into a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months.
- There is no monetary refund obligation in case of force majeure events.
- The Management's decision shall be final and unquestionable.
COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
- Guests are asked to agree to receive notifications via SMS and WhatsApp to ensure timely updates.
- The non-receipt of communications for reasons not attributable to the Management does not entitle to refunds or compensation.
- In case of non-receipt of e-mails, SMS or calls, the guest will be required to contact the Arienzo Beach Club for updates, and the Beach Club will not assume any responsibility in this regard.
NON-CONTESTABILITY CLAUSE
Management's decision regarding closure, rescheduling or conversion to credit is final, unchallengeable and not subject to dispute.
By confirming the booking, the guest fully accepts the conditions listed above and the clauses contained herein, expressly waiving any future claims or disputes.
REFUNDABLE RATE
Cancellation before 8 days from the date of arrival provides a full refund without penalty. In the event of cancellation or modification within less than 8 days of the arrival date, the rate is no longer refundable, even for no-shows. Rescheduling is allowed up to 8 days from the arrival date, to request a free date change you must send an email to aloha@lidodegliartisti.it. In the case of a new date with a higher rate it will be necessary to pay the difference in price. In the case of a lower rate, you are allowed to spend the credit to purchase extra services at the hotel. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

LAST MINUTE RATE
Last-minute bookings are paid at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled and/or changed. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged as cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
CHILDREN POLICY
Lido degli Artisti warmly welcomes children and teenagers, offering a family friendly environment. Children and teenagers (2-17 years old) Children between 2 and 17 years old are considered part of the Children category and can be included in the booking via the dedicated online booking form.
For each child/adolescent included, the booking includes
- 1 cot with mattress
- 1 beach towel
- 1 beach umbrella (the number of umbrellas allocated varies depending on the total number of people included in the booking)
- 1 non-alcoholic drink
- 1 starter
- 1 main course
The children's rate depends on the experience/row booked.
BEACH CLUB POLICY
- One sunbed will be allocated to each individual in your booking, including adults and children. Use of the allocated sunbed is strictly personal and may not be shared or transferred to others.
- If you are late for any reason, please contact us to reschedule your arrival time. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled as a no-show.
- Lying on the ground with beach towels is not permitted.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with the rules or behaves unacceptably or offensively towards staff or other customers.
- The opening hours of the Beach Club are 09:30 to 17:30. Customers are not permitted to remain on the premises outside these hours.
- Lunch reservations require arrival at the beach at least 20 minutes prior to the booked time to allow for check-in. In the event of a delay, the reservation will be rescheduled for the next available spot, subject to availability.
- Animals are not allowed.
GUIDELINES FOR EXTRAORDINARY WEATHER CONDITIONS
- For safety reasons, we reserve the right to close the parasols in the event of strong winds or adverse weather conditions. The decision to close the umbrellas will be at the discretion of our staff and may occur without prior notice.
- The free boat shuttle service may be suspended due to adverse weather and/or dangerous sea conditions. In such cases, Lido degli Artisti remains accessible by land.
VALIDITY AND VERSIONS OF DOCUMENTS
The version of the General Terms and Conditions published on the official website of Lido degli Artisti at the time of booking shall prevail and replace any previous or obsolete version. Any changes made after the date of booking will not be applied retroactively unless they are more favourable to the client or required by law. In case of discrepancies or doubts of interpretation, the most recent version available on the official website will prevail. It is the customer's responsibility to consult the site up to the date of booking to check for any updates.
COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
